Documents are required for the compliance and background validation for Contacts, Relationships, and Entities. They could be passports, IDs, background checks, or water bills, etc…
Steps:
Click the Contacts menu option on the left.
Click the Docs tab on the top right navigation tab .
Click , in the pop-up window, select the document.
Click Save.
If a document is required for compliance, it will be marked as
To upload it, click , select the document, then click Save.
Once the document is uploaded you’ll be returned to the main Docs page: the compliance and documents progress bar will be updated.
