Acuris Change Comparison

Review differences between stored Acuris screening snapshots and the latest watch matches available for each monitored Privork record.

Change monitoring and investigation report

What this report shows

The report helps compliance teams identify new matches, removed matches, material field changes, and version-only changes since the stored snapshot was created. Each row represents a comparison result for a contact, entity, or relationship connected to Acuris screening.

How to use the report

Select a record type

Use the report controls to view all records or narrow the results to contacts, entities, or relationships.

Review the finding

Use the finding status, match counts, dates, and change totals to identify records that may require review.

Open the comparison

Select a row to open the full comparison drawer, including match-level details and the stored and current Acuris JSON snapshots.

Finding statuses

Status	Meaning	Suggested action
Material change	One or more important fields changed between the stored and current data.	Open the comparison and review the changed fields and matches.
Version only	The provider version changed without a material field change being detected.	Review when needed, especially where provider updates affect internal procedures.
No material change	No material difference was found during the comparison.	No additional action is normally required.
Provider check failed	The current Acuris data could not be checked successfully.	Review the error details and retry the comparison later.

Report columns

Column	What it represents
Finding	The comparison result, such as material change or version-only change.
Type	The record type: contact, entity, or relationship.
Privork record	The record name. Select the name to open the record, or use the three-dot action for a quick preview.
KYC ID	The associated Acuris screening identifier.
Snapshot modified	The date and time the stored snapshot was last modified.
KYC updated	The date and time the current screening information was updated.
Stored / current	The number of matches in the stored snapshot compared with the current result.
New, Removed, Material, Version only	Counts of each type of detected change.
Monitoring	Whether ongoing Acuris monitoring is active for the record.

Reviewing comparison details

Match changes

Review newly discovered matches, removed matches, and matches where the provider version changed.

Material field changes

Compare the previous and current values for fields identified as materially different.

Snapshot data

Inspect the stored and current JSON snapshots. Use the copy controls when the raw data is needed for investigation or support.

Tip: Select a row to open the details drawer. The report remains available underneath, so you can close the drawer and continue reviewing the results.

Search, filter, and export

Use the report search to locate a specific record, identifier, or result.
Use filters to narrow the report by finding status, record type, dates, monitoring status, or other available columns.
Use column controls to show or hide additional report fields.
Use the export option to download the currently available report data for offline review.
Use the refresh action to run the comparison again against the latest available Acuris data.
Use the stop control when a large comparison needs to be interrupted.

Pagination and row display

Use the pagination controls to move through the results and choose how many rows are displayed per page. Selecting a row opens its comparison details; selecting the record name navigates to the associated Privork record.
