Messaging is a convenient, secure, and fast way to communicate with Users and Teams.
Method 1:
On the main page, click to access Messages.
Click to compose a new Message.
In the pop-up window, Select the Recipient.
Type your Message then click .
Method 2:
Click the Messaging menu option on the left.
Under the Users tab, you’ll find all the users that you can message.
Select your recipient.
Type your message then click
Under the Teams tab, you can send messages to Teams.
Select the recipient team, type your message then click
Tip:
To include a contact, a relationship, or an entity as a reference in a message, click So when you add a contact as a reference it will show on the top of your text.
