KYC Provider Reconciliation Report

The KYC Provider Reconciliation report helps compliance users compare Privork screening records

with the active KYC provider. It checks Contacts, Entities, and Relationships to confirm whether Privork and the
provider agree on screening status, monitoring status, and provider record names.

Use this report to find records that may need compliance attention, such as records monitored in Privork but not
active at the provider, provider name mismatches, or records that have never been screened.

How to Open the Report

  1. Go to Report Center.
  2. Select the Organizations tab.
  3. Open KYC provider reconciliation.

Direct route:
/reports/kyc-reconciliation

The report is available to users with compliance/report access.

Choosing Records to Review

At the top of the report, choose the record type you want to review:

  • Contacts
  • Entities
  • Relationships

The report loads one page of records at a time. Because it checks the provider directly, it may take a little time
to complete. A progress bar shows how many records on the selected page have been processed.

Understanding the Summary Cards

The summary cards show the current reconciliation results for the selected record type and page. Click a summary
card to filter the grid to that result type. Click it again to clear that filter.

Viewing More Details

Use the row action menu beside the Privork record to open a Quick view of the Contact, Entity, or
Relationship.

If a provider record is available, use the action beside the provider name to open the provider record details
drawer. This shows provider-side information such as record IDs, names, case IDs, dates, and other available
provider fields.

Fixing Reconciliation Issues

Some rows include actions that let you correct mismatches directly from the report.

Stop Monitoring

Use this when Privork monitoring is active but should be stopped. This disables monitoring for the selected record.
The system asks for confirmation before saving.

Enable Monitoring

Use this when provider monitoring is already active, but Privork monitoring is not. This turns monitoring back on
in Privork for the selected record.

Update Provider Name

Use this when the provider name does not match the Privork record name. This updates the provider case name to match
the current Privork record name.

Important Notes

  • The reconciliation checks active Privork records. Archived Relationships are not included.
  • Provider checks are performed carefully to avoid provider rate limits, so large reviews may take time.
  • If KYC is disabled for the tenant, or the provider cannot be reached, the report will show an unavailable or check failed message.
