When you need to verify the background of individuals or organizations, the process of screening can assist you in gaining credible information for decision-making. A “Screening evidence” document is an essential report that provides details about the checked entities along with findings, and results like confirmed matches or non-matches. What’s more, you can ensure a secure record keeping of your checks by either saving or downloading your report. You can rely on this comprehensive report to perform due diligence and make informed decisions. By producing a screening evidence document, you are demonstrating accountability and adherence to regulatory standards.

How to produce screening evidedance

Go to the Compliance/Screening section in the Contact, Relationship or Entity section. If there are any screening results, you will see a list. Click on the ‘Evidence’ button, a new window will open, and you can either download or save the evidence to document section

Navigate to the ‘Docs’ section and find the document list for any saved evidences.

If there are no matches found after the screening, you can still generate evidence. Here’s how: Click on “Generate evidence”, then choose to download or save it. If you save it, the evidence will be saved in the “Docs” section.
