Messaging is a fast, secure way to communicate with users and teams. You can send direct messages or group messages, and even include references like contacts or entities to keep things clear.
How to use it
From the main page
Click the Messages icon.
Click + New Message.
In the pop-up, choose your recipient.
Type your message and click Send.
From the Messaging menu
Click Messaging on the left menu.
Go to the Users tab to message individual users. – Select a user, type your message, and click Send.
Go to the Teams tab to message a team. – Select a team, type your message, and click Send.
Where to use it
Use messaging when you need quick, direct communication with users or teams—especially for updates, follow-ups, or clarifications that don’t need a full task or comment.
From the Main Page, it’s best for quick chats or urgent messages.
From the Messaging Menu, it’s ideal when you want to browse all users or teams and start longer or more organized conversations.
Messaging works well for day-to-day coordination, reminders, or sharing references like contacts or entities.
Tips
To include a contact, relationship, or entity as a reference, click the icon below the Send button.
The reference will appear above your message text.
Use references to give context and keep conversations clear.
