Contact compliance means the contact’s identity is verified, risk checks are passed, and all required documents are complete. A compliant contact also supports the compliance status of linked entities and relationships.
How to use it
Open the contact profile Compliance tab.
Upload all required documents in Docs.
Fill in any required fields in Descriptors.
Complete the risk review and screening.
Click Compliance Review then Sign to Validate.
Status updates to 100% Compliant when all steps are done.
Where to use it
Regular reviews – Spot and fix missing compliance items.
Linked records – Keep related entities and relationships compliant.
Reports – Ensure compliance and risk data is correct.
Tips
Set reminders – Create alerts for expiring documents or upcoming reviews.
Filter by compliance – Quickly find contacts that need attention.
