How do I create compliant Entities?

The compliance of Entities involves all the necessary actions to assess risks and make sure the entities and their associated contacts are real. Thus, the compliance of Entities affects the compliance of related Relationships. Below you’ll find the steps to achieve 100% Compliance for Entities.

Steps:

To create an Entity, you’ll need predefined Entity Fund Source, Entity Types, Entity Structure, and Entity Strategy.

In order to define compliance policies, in addition to Entity Types, Entity Structure, and Entity Strategy you’ll need Document Types.

Once Document types are added, you will find under the Docs Section the documents that are required for compliance

Contacts can be associated to an Entity and their compliance will make up the Entity’s compliance.

Once the previous steps are completed:

  • Required documents are uploaded
  • Related Contacts are compliant
  • Descriptors are filled.

The Entity should be 100% compliant.
